Rolfing is typically done within a 10 series, each session focusing on a different part of the body in a specific sequence. The main goal is to improve structural alignment as well as increase ease in movement. This is accomplished by looking at the body as a whole and tracking where the restrictions may be arising from. Those who want to be more embodied, people who suffer from chronic pain, as well as many athletes trying to increase their performance, have benefited from rolfing. 60 minutes will be spent on the table and 15 minutes for assessments. NOTE: The practitioner may have the client get up and walk throughout the session to track progress. Rolfing is traditionally done in one's underwear (women in their bra and underwear, men in briefs). If this is uncomfortable for you, you may bring running shorts with the built in undergarments
